1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using IgniteIQ, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Use of License
IgniteIQ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our platform for your internal business and educational purposes.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (including SSO sessions) and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not attempt to reverse engineer the platform, use the platform for illegal activities, or interfere with the security and integrity of IgniteIQ services.
5. Limitation of Liability
IgniteIQ and Amaratech IT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform.
