What is IgniteIQ?+
IgniteIQ is an AI-powered education ecosystem that delivers AI and cybersecurity training, certifications, course creation, and renewable awareness programs through three offerings: IgniteIQ Tutor, IgniteIQ Learning Partner, and IgniteIQ Cohort.
Who can use IgniteIQ?+
IgniteIQ is built for individual learners, SMBs, enterprises, academic institutions, training providers, and government organizations. The platform scales from a single learner to thousands of employees or students.
What is the difference between Tutor, Learning Partner, and Cohort?+
IgniteIQ Tutor provides job-ready AI and cybersecurity certifications. IgniteIQ Learning Partner allows organizations to create and launch their own courses using AI on a white-label LMS. IgniteIQ Cohort delivers renewable AI and cybersecurity awareness programs for organizations on a per-employee basis.
Are there free courses available?+
Yes. IgniteIQ offers multiple free foundation courses, including Cyber Security 101, AI & Applications 101, Cyber Hygiene, Incident Response 101, and more.
How does AI-powered course creation work?+
Partners select the course topic, audience, and skill level, and the AI automatically generates the curriculum, learning content, assessments, and certificates. Partners can review, edit, and brand the course before launching.
Can we brand courses and certificates?+
Yes. Learning Partner plans (Creator and above) allow white-label branding, including organization logos, colors, custom course names, and branded certificates with validity periods.
How is Cohort pricing calculated?+
Cybersecurity Awareness: $10 onboarding + $6 annual renewal per employee. AI Awareness: $5 onboarding + $3 annual renewal per employee. Both include a 10% discount on IgniteIQ Tutor certifications.
Do certifications expire?+
Cohort certifications are valid for one year and require renewal. Tutor certifications do not expire unless specified for specific programs.
Is IgniteIQ suitable for Africa and global markets?+
Absolutely. IgniteIQ is designed to be affordable, scalable, and low-bandwidth friendly, making it ideal for Africa-first deployment while remaining globally competitive.
